I got an email from Pat at Labcorp and they received Devin's DNA sample on Friday. They will process the sample which can take up to 7 days. Once the results are done, LabCorp will Fed Ex the results to the US Embassy in Guatemala. Once the results get to the Embassy we will await our pink slip.
We are getting closer to picking up our little one.........

- 5-7-08: Received Pink Email

- 4-21-08: Passport issued
- 4-18-08: Birth Certificate issued
- 4-9-08: Devin is 8 mos old and we are out of PGN!!!!
- 3-28-08: 2nd trip to visit Devin
- 2-21-08: Back in PGN
- 2-15-08: Met Devin for the first time
- 1/7-1-15-08: Kicked out of PGN on 3 previos
- 11-2-07: Entered PGN
- 10-11-07: Family court interviews birth mother & foster mother
- 10-3-07: Embassy pre-approval received
- 9-24-07: Received DNA results via email
- 9-18-07: DNA test completed
- 8-16-07: Accepted referral
- 8-9-07: Devin is born!!!

Just to let you know Pat told us 7 days also and it went out in 3. So, you could be hearing from her again VERY SOON!!!! Praying that this final step is completed quickly and you are PINK soon.

Like Kelley said, Pat gives you a longer time frame just to be safe. I suspect you'll hear from Pat again before the end of the week!
